By accessing or using jl01 in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplemental policies incorporated herein by reference, including the jl01 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

jl01 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residency at any time and to suspend account access pending completion of verification. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) account on jl01. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have notified jl01 of unauthorised access without delay.

jl01 uses your registered Philippine mobile number as your primary account identifier and for the delivery of OTP codes under two-factor authentication. Please ensure your registered mobile number remains current and under your exclusive control.

All financial transactions on jl01 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jl01 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Transaction fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your jl01 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PesoNet may take 15 minutes to one (1) business day depending on the sending institution. jl01 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

jl01 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is announced or offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jl01 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jl01 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl01's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jl01's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jl01 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl01 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to your account, or by posting a prominent notice on the jl01 platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jl01 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the jl01 platform and may request account closure by contacting jl01 customer support through live chat.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to the foregoing, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the above processes.
